From selected parcels of vines in South Eastern Australia, the Pinot Grigio grapes are whole bunch pressed to retain maximum flavour, then fermented for around 7 10 days at temperatures of 15 18ordmC for freshness. Very pale straw gold in colour. The nose is delicate and full of soft fruits, such as white peach, melon and pear, with a blossom like lift. Light, dry and refreshing on the palate. Versatile and food friendly, this wine is ideal with all seafood and fish, and with mildly spicy Asian cuisine.
