175 years old and still family owned, the Gonzalez Byass Bodega is best known for its world famous dry Fino, Tio Pepe. This dry Amontillado starts its life as the famous Fino but after 11 years ageing in cask evaporation has concentrated the alcohol and gentle oxidisation has transformed the wine into a pale amber colour which is delicate in weight but remarkably concentrated on the palate with flavours of hazelnuts, citrus and caramel.
